His mobile base is achieved by utilizing four old Erector set pulleys fastened to a curf-cut wood sign. He’s got a lawn mower carburetor flange neck, utility knife arms and fishing sinker molds as feet…extra points if you can guess what the heck his “hands” are. Good luck!
